After the training, participants are expected to have sufficient knowledge about the role of the leader, responsibilities, about leadership tools, how to use these tools in successfully way and much more.

Course Program
- Creating a common understanding of the role and responsibilities of a leader in a company;
- The assessment of the current capacity of leadership and evaluation of the potential participants for future development;
- Providing leadership tools and how to use these tools, in order to lead the company to new successes;
- Establish leadership skills in perspective the role and expectations for the future;
- Setting personal goals for the future and how reflect on the past experiences;
