Consulting Project for Dauti Commerce Cash and Carry

SEEU - Business Development Center (BDC) successfully completed the consulting project for the company Dauti Commerce. The project lasted 3 months and was supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
The purpose of this project was mainly the measurement of customer satisfaction and the internal organization of Dauti Commerce (Cash & Carry) in Tetovo. As we know customer satisfaction always remains the most critical factor for the success of a company. Therefore, customer satisfaction about services offered by Dauti Commerce (Cash & Carry) were very important during our research and were taken as basis for improving products and services offered by the company. Also, during the project, the team of BDC, besides measuring customer satisfaction, managed accurately and precisely to identify the difficulties encountered during the process of delivery of goods, quality of products, the performance of sales, respectively advantages over competitors, as well as the key topics for the training of employees, and more.
In this project, apart the local consultants Doc. Dr. Jusuf Zeqiri - professor at the Faculty of Business and Economics and Mr. Lumni Ajvazi  - director of BDC, the German expert, Mr. Norbert M. Marx who has a big experience in the field of consulting and training was involved in the project.

Business Development Center (BDC) plays the role of linking the business community with the South East European University. BDC provides management training and business consulting to individuals and organizations through the use of ICT - Information and Communication Technology.
